These Terms & Conditions govern your use of samwaytravel.com and all bookings made with ParisWay Transfer. By requesting a quote or placing a booking, you agree to these terms.
1) Service overview
ParisWay Transfer offers private transfers and pre-booked transportation services, including airport, hotel, city and destination transfers. Services are provided subject to availability and local operating conditions.
2) Bookings & confirmations
- A booking request becomes confirmed only after you receive confirmation from us (email/WhatsApp/message or website confirmation).
- You are responsible for providing accurate pick-up time, date, flight/train number (if relevant), passenger count, and addresses/meeting points.
- If the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, delays or additional charges may apply.
3) Pricing & inclusions
- Prices are based on the route, time, vehicle type (if applicable), passenger count and service requirements.
- Unless stated otherwise, pricing includes driver service and standard luggage within vehicle capacity.
- Extra stops, route changes, excessive waiting, or special requests may result in an additional charge.
We aim to keep pricing transparent and fair. If something changes, we will inform you as early as possible.
4) Payments
- Payment method depends on your selected option at booking (e.g., cash to driver or card to driver).
- You agree to pay the confirmed amount for the service, including any approved additional charges.
- If online payments are introduced later, they will be processed by a payment provider and additional payment terms may apply.
5) Changes, cancellations & refunds
A) Changes
- If you need to modify your booking (time, address, passenger count), please contact us as soon as possible.
- Changes are subject to availability and may change the final price.
B) Cancellations
- You may cancel by contacting us via email/phone/WhatsApp.
- Cancellation rules may depend on how close the cancellation is to the pick-up time and whether the driver has been dispatched.
6) Pick-up, meeting points & waiting time
- You must be ready at the agreed pick-up time and meeting point.
- For airports/train stations, meeting instructions may be provided in your confirmation.
- If you are delayed, contact us immediately. Waiting time beyond a reasonable limit may be chargeable, depending on the situation and driver availability.
- If we cannot reach you and you do not arrive within a reasonable time, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
7) Passengers, luggage & child seats
- Passenger count must match your booking. If additional passengers arrive, we may be unable to carry them or may need to arrange another vehicle.
- Luggage must fit the vehicle capacity. Excess luggage may require a larger vehicle or an additional vehicle at extra cost.
- If you request baby seats/booster seats, please provide accurate child age/requirements. Availability may vary.
8) Passenger conduct
- Passengers must behave safely and respectfully.
- We may refuse service if passenger behavior puts safety at risk, causes damage, or violates the law.
- Any damage or excessive cleaning required due to passenger actions may be chargeable.
9) Delays, force majeure & liability
- We will do our best to provide on-time service, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., severe traffic, accidents, road closures, weather, police checks, airport/security delays, strikes, or other force majeure events).
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service, except where prohibited by law.
- We are not responsible for missed flights/trains or appointments due to circumstances beyond our control. Please allow sufficient travel time.
10) Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us as soon as possible with your booking details. We will review the case and aim to respond promptly.
11) Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Read our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and how we use it.
